Bigg Boss 9 fame actress Rimi Sen made headlines after he sued a motor car company for Rs 50 crore. A report says that her legal notice has also been issued by her, and it addresses Rimi as Subhamitra Sen. It shows how she faced repetitive issues with the car manufacturers. Due to the malfunctioning rear-end camera again, she bumped her car into a pillar from the rear end. In the complaint, the actress claims that the other party did not pay attention to her problems.
Further, her report says that car manufacturers have taken her car more than 10 times for repair purposes. But it is still the same even after the car has been taken for repair. However, it has not been repaired completely, and a portion of the complaint mentioned that she has experienced mental harassment. So the actress requested compensation of Rs 50 crore.
Rimi is also asking for an extra 10 lakh by addressing her legal expenses. Talking about the same, she opens up “I was absolutely disappointed with the car company and its services. Worst was their attitude towards their customer. I bumped into a pillar but it easily could have been a human being”. She mentioned that the motor car company’s negligence could have cost someone’s life. Further, she spoke about the possibility of her being in a fatal accident.
