Yeh Hai Chahatein actress Aishwarya Sakhuja is currently focusing on doing theatre. She is doing a play titled Perfect Family where she portrays Aarti, a happy-go-lucky housewife with a husband who is poles apart from her in every sense. While the actress is focussing on work, on the personal front she says that the work keeps her stay sane in perosnal life too.
In a recent chat, we asked her how she juggles work and her personal life and if it takes a toll on her mental and physical health. Her reply was, "I find a balance." She further added, "I was diagnosed with diabetes in 2018 but I do not struggle with diabetes anymore. It is a part of my life and I accept that graciously. It has made me understand the importance of everyday physical and mental health. So I'm only grateful that I live with this condition."
Work is her escape from everything. She said, "Work is the only thing that can distract me from situations that are sometimes stressful in life. We all have our set of circumstances that we deal with. And staying busy keeps me sane and focused,."
Talking about finding a balance in life, Aishwarya shared, "No one's life is a bed of roses and I have learnt to accept that. Theatre came into my life when things were stressful and it actually saved me because putting in those few hours into my craft got me into a world of creativity and productivity, and that is extremely healing for me."
