Actress Deepika shared, “When I was in Delhi, I used to often dream about Ganpati Ji, and my mom was seeing suitable grooms for me in those days, so I thought I would marry somewhere where there would be Ganesh Ji’s temple”. And then she got shortlisted for the show Diya Aur Baati, and she came to Mumbai. Her situation was dicey regarding the role in the show, so she had a divine intention to stay in Mumbai for a bit more time.

The beautiful knew about the famous Siddhivinayak temple in Mumbai and decided to pay Bappa a visit. During the visit, she got a call from the show, and she has been shortlisted. Then the actress was called by the team and asked for the final look test with Anas. She remembered that she was at the temple when she prayed, “Dear God, I wish my show’s huge poster gets posted opposite your temple”. And she had told it without firm intention, as she didn’t know whether she would get the show or not.

After a month or more, her biggest hoarding for the show was put up right opposite Siddhivinayak temple. When she went there and saw it, she felt that Bappa heard her. And then it was an extremely emotional moment for her.
