Drashti Dhami will soon embrace motherhood by welcoming her little buddle of joy with her husband Neeraj Khemka. With the help of her social media handle, the television stars are busy breaking the stereotype about pregnancy. A few hours back, the Madhubala actress dropped an inspirational workout video of her breaking the societal norms about pregnancy.
It is a common myth that pregnant women need to rest, but Drashti Dhami is hitting the gym during her pregnancy. The workout video features Drashti Dhami hitting the gym, lifting a few weights and engaging herself with thigh muscle exercises. The dropped Video caption Says that how pregnant woman needs to work out under the guidance of a trained professional. Though the baby is on the way, 9-12 weeks, but she decided to continue her fitness routine.
The Geet hui Sabse Parayi fame actress mentioned how staying active during pregnancy will reduce the complications involved in delivery. She dropped a fact saying that exercise is not dangerous for the baby, as active women are less likely to experience complications in later pregnancy and labour. Drashti Dhami pointed out how doing exercise will enhance energy, less weight gain during pregnancy and be helpful for labour preparation physically and a faster recovery process after delivery. She concluded the post by quoting that as everyone experiences different types of pregnancy, they need to consult with a doctor and training professionals before carrying out any workout routine. Drashti Dhami is going to welcome her new family member in October 2024.
