In her latest interview with the media, Mona spilled the beans about her weight loss. She shared that last year, a few producers and directors approached her to work on the series Paan Parda Zarda. Those film makers wanted her to look a certain way. It was when the actress decided to take fitness seriously. But she never tried to work on her resolution of staying fit before. This role motivated her to practice yoga, and she finally saw results after working on it.
