Lakshay Khurana opens up about how he manages to stay fit and healthy while working for more than 12 hours a day on the set.
In a recent candid conversation where Lakshay Khurana was asked to share his fitness secret, he explained that staying fit is important to him, but his busy schedule often finds him in tough times. He used to work 12 hours a day and spent his 3-4 precious hours travelling. As an actor, it is quite hard to keep up with workouts and staying consistent is a tough process. Lakshay was stuck to eating home-cooked meals and will ensure that he intakes enough protein content in his body. During the breaks in the Shooting set of Sun Neo’s Ishq Jabaria, he will do push-ups as he is too tired to complete his workout at home.
Apart from that, the actor also shared some fitness tips to maintain a good physique. He said that building muscle is important in the fitness journey because it protects the bones and their tissues. When you are going to build muscles, you are going to lose the fat in your body. Apart from cardio for fat loss, it is necessary to undergo muscle training sessions to lose body fat. When you balance the cardio exercises with muscle training, you can able to stay fit and maintain your Physique, says Lakshay Khurana.
