Recently, Shivangi Joshi gave an interview with the media in which she gave various details. In an exclusive interview, she asked about whether she ever got replaced in any project. She said "It has happened to me. I was considered for another platform and my auditions happened. They really liked my performance and everything was set. Suddenly last minute I got to know that someone else is doing the project”.
Our beloved Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress added that some celebrities’s daughters actually replaced her in the web show. After asking how this happened, that’s how she came to know she is a celebrity daughter who signed the show. She doesn’t want to take names, and they told her Joshi can do the friend part if she wants.
In addition, the actress talked about her close bond with Shweta Tiwari. Shivangi said that Shweta is such an amazing actress, and she would often wonder how she could perform well. Our Barsatein-Mausam Pyaar Ka fame says that she used to observe her and take notes on certain nuances for her scenes. It shows how much she admires her acting skills.
In this same candid interview, Joshi also shared how she had a different name until her first standard.She narrated that her mother is a huge Manisha Koirala fan. And in one of Koirala’s movies, her name was Shivangi; that’s why her mother decided to name her the same.
The media showed her a picture of Kushal Tandon with her from the sets of Barsatein- Mausam Pyaar Ka she shared memories with a smile. The actress expressed that “This is the first picture that we clicked together and I liked this picture so much that I uploaded it”.
