After knocking out the cancer, Chhavi Mittal started to raise her voice about her journey, fitness and mental health. Along with self-love and breaking stereotypes, the talented actresses now voice about whether women can work out during their periods or not.
Chhavi Mittal took her Instagram handle and opened up about the topic of working out during periods. She penned down her opinions on healthy periods and highlighted how she monitors her good health. In her Instagram official profile, the Krishnadai fame actress shared a video of herself doing an intense workout on period day 1.
She captioned the workout video that today was the first day of her period so she was on low energy. Because of crabs over load previous day, heat and dehydration, the struggle is real. Chhavi Mittal said that compared to people’s bad lifestyle, healthy periods will not ever pull you down. She never forgets to mention that each body will act differently during their periods. But women should not just blindly blame things because of periods. She also mentioned that during her 30 years of period life, she never adjusted her schedule because of any inconvenience.
The breast cancer survivor told how periods have been associated with a woman’s health, hormones and discomfort and explained how menstruation becomes a symbol of good health and femininity. During her periods she avoids jumping and core exercises and always walks out stronger from the gym.
