Bigg Boss 16 fame Umar Riaz opened up about fasting during Ramadan and expressed how happy he has been during fasting. The famous star also suggests we should train our body to fast more and eat less. And he wished a happy Eid. Let’s see what he shares on his Instagram handle.
Umar Riaz took his Instagram handle and shared a fitness snap on his story with a caption. Riaz mentioned fasting for the past 29 days ahead of Eid and expressed his gratitude. He also added one should fast more often. In the post read, Umar wrote 29 days of fasting completed, Eid tomorrow. He continued, I felt stronger after 14 hours of fasting and then carb loading and working out! Then, he says, once Ramadan is over again, we’ll feed our body with unwanted calories.
Riaz wrote Ramadan over, back to feeding the body with unwanted calories, and I wish we train our bodies to fast more and eat less. However, it’s contrary! But I have been training my mind to control my hunger and temptations, which occur because of good food. Umar continued; I have been successful in that, but the sky is the limit for my training and nutrition knowledge.
Then he said Ramadan helped him to detox. Knowing my body every day and fasting a little bit more can be your biggest detox and reset your body to do wonders.
