Handsome actor Paras Kalnawat is well-known for portraying the role of Samar in the family drama Anupamaa. Currently, he essays the role of Rajveer in the popular show Kundali Bhagya. In a conversation, he shares the similarities between these two characters. Further, he expressed his excitement to witness the new dimension in Rajveer and Preeta’s lives.
In Anupamaa, the role of Samar Shah is highly appreciated as he is the support system of his mother Anupamaa (Rupali Ganguly). Later, he quits the show for some reason. Currently, he is the part of Kundali Bhagya, playing the role of Rajveer who is the son of Preeta (Shraddha Arya). Talking about the similarities, he expressed I don’t think there are any major similarities between Samar and Rajveer.
But, then Paras said, a mother is a mother. The most important similarity between the shows is that the two characters play a mother-son duo, where the bond is all about love, respect, and care. Further, he continued Story-wise and character-wise it is completely different. Paras said Rajveer is very confident in whatever he does and the character is very much into his family. Rajveer takes all decisions carefully and sometimes, he gets carried away with his emotions.
Then, he shares his excitement to witness new dimensions in Preeta and Rajveer’s lives! Explaining the storyline, he continued I feel the bond between Rajveer and Preeta is very pure and different from whatever I’ve ever played earlier. Paras mentioned that there will be a very beautiful portrayal of Preeta and Rajveer, as Preeta doesn’t know that Rajveer is her son.
The Anupamaa actor said honestly, I am waiting for this track to unfold that is going to be very different from anything I played before.
